If you activated a mission and made a qualifying purchase in the United States but haven’t received your rewards within the expected timeframe, please confirm the following:

• The mission was active at the time of purchase
• The payment was made with a United States-issued Visa or Mastercard credit card

Important:
Atlas Shopping is credit-only. Purchases made with debit, prepaid, or gift cards, or through third-party platforms (such as DoorDash or Uber Eats), are not eligible for rewards.
