Atlas Bucks rewards from Arcade play may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. However, if you've waited that long and are still missing rewards from Atlas Arcade, please ensure:

  1. Your tracking settings are turned on for both Atlas Earth and the app downloaded (check this article for more on how to do that; on iOS, Allow Apps to Request to Track will have to have been on first).
  2. That you have not played the game previously on your device, whether through Atlas Arcade or not.
  3. That you have the game downloaded through Atlas Arcade and not simply on your device (it will be in the "My Games" tab of the Arcade).
