In order to be able to send you your Arcade rewards, we need to make sure we can track your use of any downloaded Arcade games. That means enabling tracking for both Atlas Earth and the Arcade games you're playing for Atlas Bucks rewards. The steps for doing this are different on iOS and Android products. Please check the relevant section for you below.

iOS

The first thing to do, ideally before you open the Arcade for the first time (but it's okay if not, we'll get to that further down), is to make sure you're allowing apps to request to track your activity. Here's how:

  1. Go to your device Settings.
  2. Go to "Privacy and Security".
  3. Go to "Tracking".
  4. Switch on "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
  5. Check that Atlas Earth is among the apps below that switch, and that the dedicated switch for Atlas Earth is also on.

Done all that? Great. Now, if you have just downloaded Atlas Earth and are playing for the first time, you'll see a quick video explaining why we need tracking permissions to be on, and there will be an immediate pop-up allowing you to enable tracking ("Allow 'Atlas: Earth' to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?"). If you click "Allow", you'll be taken to the startup/Terms and Conditions page for the third party we serve Arcade missions through. Once you review and accept those, you're in.

If this is not your first time playing Atlas Earth, not to worry! The steps are a bit different for you but we should still be able to get you set up to enjoy all the Arcade has to offer. The first thing you'll want to do is make sure that apps are allowed to request to track your activity. For that, check the first 4 steps in the list above. Once we're allowed to request to track your app activity, we will... request to track your app activity, which you'll then have to authorize. There should be a pop-up when you click on the Arcade that takes you to the relevant spot in your Settings, but in case you need to do it manually, you'll want to:

  1. Go to your device Settings.
  2. Find Atlas Earth in your apps.
  3. Turn on "Allow Tracking".
  4. Click "Allow".
  5. Return to Atlas Earth and click on the Arcade again.

In the Arcade, you can download a game you want to play for Atlas Bucks. Once you've downloaded one, you'll want to make sure tracking is on for that game, too. That's the same steps as in the list just above this paragraph, but looking for the game you've just installed rather than Atlas Earth. Then, go back to the Arcade, click the My Games tab, and play away. Please note that rewards may take up to 24 hours to show up.

Note: It will not be possible to enable tracking properly on iOS if you do not first Allow Apps to Request to Track.

If you've done all that and you're still having problems, find the "Help & Support" button in your game settings to talk directly to support, or talk to the support team for our third party Arcade partner here.

Android

On Android, the first time you open the Arcade, you'll be taken to the  startup/Terms and Conditions page for the third party we serve Arcade missions through. Once you review and accept those, you'll be prompted to activate time tracking. If you click "Activate now", you'll be taken to a page from within your device preferences called "Apps with usage access". Click on Atlas Earth, then click "Permit usage access". You'll be taken back to the Arcade. From there, you can download a game you want to play for Atlas Bucks. Once you've downloaded one, you'll want to make sure tracking is on for that game, too. That's the same steps as above, but looking for the game you've just installed rather than Atlas Earth. Then, go back to the Arcade, click the My Games tab, and play away. Please note that rewards may take up to 24 hours to show up.

If you've done all that and you're still having problems, find the "Help & Support" button in your game settings to talk directly to support, or talk to the support team for our third party Arcade partner here.
