Ads are served in Atlas Earth via third party ad networks, so we do not directly control which ads you see. However, we understand that some ads seem to consistently glitch out more than others, and that some ads contain subject matter you don't want to see. There is a way to report those types of ads to us.

And here are the steps written out:

1. When the ad comes up, flip your phone over so that the screen is facing the floor, twice in a row.
2. You'll see a little round blue logo appear somewhere on your screen. Tap it.
3. This will open the email account most recently logged into on your phone with some contents pasted into the body text field. Type in a description of the issue you're having under the words "Describe your issue below:". Examples of descriptions would include "this ad always makes my screen go blank and I have to restart the game" or "this ad is uncomfortably sexual and I don't want to see it".
4. Address the email to support@atlasreality.com.
5. Send the email.

We cannot guarantee that you will never see the ad again, but we will be aware that there is a problem with it.
