VIP titles are awarded to the players who own the most parcels in a specific area.

• Mayor: The player who owns the most parcels in a city. To become mayor, purchase parcels within the boundaries of an official incorporated city. You can confirm your location by opening the location details screen.
• Governor / Premier / etc.: The player who owns the most parcels in a state, province, or equivalent region. To earn this title, purchase parcels within that region. The player with the highest total becomes the leader.
• President / Prime Minister / etc.: The player who owns the most parcels in a country. To become the national leader, purchase parcels anywhere within that country. The player with the most parcels holds the title.
