VIP’s (players with the most land in a given city, state/province/etc., and/or country) receive badge income from each badge bought for their specific city, state/province/etc., or country beginning at 12am UTC.

All VIP's receive a 10% commission (20 AB) for each badge purchased for their region. Mayors get paid for city badges, governors/premiers/etc. get paid for state/province/etc. badges, and presidents/prime ministers/etc. get paid for country badges.
