If you recently switched to a new device, you may notice that your previously downloaded Atlas Arcade games aren't appearing in your game list.

Why does this happen?

Atlas Arcade games are tracked through a third-party vendor system. When you use a new device, it creates a new player profile ID within that third-party system. Because of this, your game history doesn't always transfer correctly between devices.

Most common scenarios:

  • Switching operating systems: iOS → Android or Android → iOS
  • Same operating system: Android → Android or iOS → iOS (though previously downloaded games may still appear in some cases)

Moving forward:

There's no way to manually restore previously downloaded games after switching devices. This is a limitation in the vendor's tracking system that's outside of Atlas Earth's control, and we're unable to restore those games on our end.

The good news is you can continue enjoying Atlas Arcade by downloading and completing new available games on your current device. Your progress on new games will track properly going forward!

Pro tip:

If you're planning to switch devices in the future, try to complete any in-progress Atlas Arcade games before making the switch, as that progress may not always transfer over
