If you have cashed out your rent redemption and received an email saying your redemption is "cancelled" and/or receive a 404 error when you click on the link to check your transaction status, that means that our third-party partner has blocked your transaction due to evidence of fraud. Your rent redemption will be flagged for review if any one of (but not limitied to) the following instances are detected:

  • You are using a VPN or similar GPS / location spoofing technology
  • Your email has been flagged previously within our third-party partner's system
  • Your account is associated with a previously blocked reward

If you believe that your rent redemption was incorrectly blocked, please reach out to our support team for manual review.
