If you accepted a mission and made a purchase but have not received the rewards, please check that the payment was made with credit, not debit. Our merchant reward platform requires a Mastercard or Visa credit card purchase. Payments made with debit, gift cards, or prepaid cards, as well as purchases made through third party (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) will not be credited.
