Rewards for in-store purchases are usually instant, but they can take up to 24 hours to process. Online purchases may take up to 7 days to fully process. If you accepted a mission and made a purchase but have not received the rewards within the expected time, please check that the payment was made with credit, not debit. Our merchant reward platform requires a U.S.-issued Mastercard or Visa credit card purchase. Payments made with debit, gift cards, or prepaid cards, as well as purchases made through third party (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) will not be credited.
