If you have connected a phone number, your verification code will be texted to you. Please ensure you have a phone number linked to your account and that you can access that phone number in order to redeem rent.
To connect your phone number:
- Click on the Map Tab.
- Click the cog button under your displayed rent, next to the boost rent button.
- Click the blue and green "Verify your account" button and enter your phone number.
If you do not have access to the connected phone number anymore, please reach out to our support team.
