Players can redeem their virtual rent at any point after reaching the $5 minimum rent redemption threshold. To redeem your virtual rent, follow these steps:
- Click on your rent ticker at the top of the screen.
- Select "redeem now" and enter the amount you want to redeem. (Enter the full amount you wish to redeem in digits, without decimals or partial amounts)
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number. Please ensure you have a phone number that you can access connected to your account. If you exited the app in between starting your rent redemption and receiving the code, you will have to click "redeem" again to be able to input the code.
- Tap on "redeem" and select your preferred method.
- Rent redemption requests typically take 3-5 days to process, and may take longer during holidays and weekends. We appreciate your patience as we process your request.
