Atlas Earth's minigames currently use an automatic matchmaking system that pairs you with other players from your country who are online and ready to play. This means you can't directly challenge specific friends or form teams for group competitions at this time.
How matchmaking currently works:
- The system searches for available players in your country who are online
- Players are matched based on similar skill levels and win records
- Matches are created automatically once suitable opponents are found
- You'll compete against whoever the system determines is the best match
What this means for playing with friends:
- You cannot select specific players to compete against
- Friend challenges and team-based gameplay aren't available yet
- Each match pairs you with players chosen by the matchmaking algorithm
- Your opponents will be fellow Atlas Earth players, but not necessarily people you know
While you can't currently battle your friends directly or form racing crews, the matchmaking system ensures you're always facing opponents who provide fair and competitive matches. This creates engaging gameplay where every race or minigame offers a genuine challenge against players at your skill level.
The focus remains on enjoying competitive minigames with a diverse community of Atlas Earth players from your region.
Let the race begin!
