Merchant rewards have different processing times depending on where you shopped - here's what to expect!

Reward timing: 

In-store purchases - Rewards for in-store Atlas Merchant Platform purchases are usually instant, but they can take up to 24 hours to process
Online purchases - Online purchases may take up to 7 days to fully process
Check your balance - Rewards appear as Atlas Bucks in your account automatically

If rewards are missing: If you had a mission activated and made a purchase in the United States but have not received the rewards within the expected time, please check that the payment was made with a United States-issued Mastercard or Visa credit card.

Common reasons rewards don't appear:

Wrong payment method: 

Credit cards only - The Atlas Merchant Platform requires a United States-issued Mastercard or Visa credit card purchase
No debit/gift cards - Payments made with debit, gift cards, or prepaid cards will not be credited

Third-party platforms: 

Direct purchases only - Purchases made through third party platforms (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) will not be credited
Shop directly - Must buy from the merchant's store or official website

Troubleshooting checklist: 

Mission was activated before purchase
Used US-issued Visa/Mastercard credit card
Purchased directly from merchant (not through third-party apps)
Purchase made in the United States
Waited appropriate time (24 hours in-store, 7 days online)

Pro tip: Always double-check that your merchant mission is activated and shows as "active" before making your purchase - you can't retroactively earn rewards!
