Limited availability - Atlas Earth is currently only available in the United States and the countries listed in our FAQ article.
Purchase errors - Players cannot purchase land outside of these countries
Future expansion - We plan to expand more globally, but until we are active in a country, attempting to purchase land internationally in an unsupported country will result in an error

Other possible causes and solutions:

Insufficient Atlas Bucks:

  • Check your balance - You need at least 100 AB to buy a parcel
  • Earn more AB - Watch ads, spin the diamond wheel, or purchase Atlas Bucks

Connection issues:

  • Internet problems - Poor connectivity can cause purchase failures
  • GPS accuracy - Make sure your location services are working properly
  • App restart - Close and reopen Atlas Earth to refresh your connection

Boundary complications:

  • City limits - You might be outside the official boundaries of supported areas
  • Border regions - Some areas near country borders may have restrictions
