Geographic restrictions (Most common cause):
Limited availability - Atlas Earth is currently only available in the United States and the countries listed in our FAQ article.
Purchase errors - Players cannot purchase land outside of these countries
Future expansion - We plan to expand more globally, but until we are active in a country, attempting to purchase land internationally in an unsupported country will result in an error
Other possible causes and solutions:
Insufficient Atlas Bucks:
- Check your balance - You need at least 100 AB to buy a parcel
- Earn more AB - Watch ads, spin the diamond wheel, or purchase Atlas Bucks
Connection issues:
- Internet problems - Poor connectivity can cause purchase failures
- GPS accuracy - Make sure your location services are working properly
- App restart - Close and reopen Atlas Earth to refresh your connection
Boundary complications:
- City limits - You might be outside the official boundaries of supported areas
- Border regions - Some areas near country borders may have restrictions
- GPS drift - Your phone's location might be registering incorrectly
How to troubleshoot:

- Check the city/country name at the bottom of your map
- Ensure you're in a supported region
- Try moving to a different nearby location

- Confirm you have enough Atlas Bucks
- Verify stable internet connection
- Ensure location permissions are enabled

- Force close and restart Atlas Earth
- Clear app cache if possible

If you're traveling:
- Supported country visits - You can buy land when visiting supported countries
- Return home - Land purchases work when you're back in your home supported region
