Steps to list your land:

Step 1: Click the "Buy Land" button
Step 2: Click on a parcel you own and set a price in Atlas Bucks
Step 3: Click 'Confirm' to confirm sale price

Important selling details:

Minimum price - The minimum price for a parcel up for resale is 150 AB
Payment processing - When a player buys your parcel, the Atlas Bucks will be added to your account after the purchase is completed
Sales fee - Atlas Earth keeps a 20% sales fee for secondary parcel sales
Rent continues - Your land will continue to accrue virtual rent for you until it sells

Changing your mind: 

Cancellation option - If you put land up for sale and then change your mind about selling it, you can cancel the sale at any time, as long as another player hasn't bought the parcel(s) yet
Location required - To cancel a sale, you will have to go to where the parcel is located and click on it

Smart selling strategies: 

Price competitively - Research similar parcels in your area to set attractive prices
Target high-traffic areas - Parcels near landmarks or popular spots sell faster
Consider rarity - Rare, Epic, and Legendary parcels can command premium prices
Timing matters - Sell during active periods when more players are exploring your area
