Need to update your payment methods or remove an old card? We've made it easy to manage your connected cards right from the game.
Simple steps to disconnect your card:
Step 1: Click on your profile icon to open your game profile
Step 2: Click the cog button under your username to open the settings menu
Step 3: Click "Manage Connected Cards"
Step 4: Remove the card you wish to disconnect
Why you might want to remove a card:
Card expired - Replace an old card with your new one
Security concerns - Remove cards you no longer want stored
Different rewards - Switch to a card with better cashback rates
Account cleanup - Remove cards you no longer use
Important payment requirements: Card compatibility - The Atlas Merchant Platform is designed to work with United States-issued Mastercard and Visa credit payments only. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and gift cards will not credit in-game rewards.
What happens after removal:
- The card will no longer be available for Atlas Merchant Platform purchases
- Any existing Atlas Bucks purchases through app stores are handled separately
- You can always add the card back later if needed
- Your game progress and parcels remain completely unaffected
Pro tip: If you're switching cards, consider adding your new card first before removing the old one to ensure uninterrupted access to merchant rewards and Atlas Bucks purchases.
