In the unfortunate event of the passing of an Atlas Earth game player, we first extend our condolences to the loved ones, and second in this time of difficulty, we want to make it easy to retrieve the earned rent from the game.
Simple steps to resolve the account:
Step 1: Contact our support team
Reach out to us directly - we'll handle everything with care and sensitivity
Step 2: Provide the player's information
Include the player's email address in your support ticket so we can quickly locate their account
Step 3: Submit required documentation
Please upload an image of the Death Certificate for verification
Step 4: Account resolution
- If rent balance is $5 or more: We'll send the funds to next of kin via PayPal and close the account
- If balance is under $5: We'll simply close the account respectfully
- Active subscriptions: Any Atlas Explorer Club subscription will be immediately canceled
- Game assets: Atlas Bucks, diamonds, and owned parcels will be returned to the game
