Don't panic, fellow landlord! Your virtual real estate empire is still out there collecting rent - you've just accidentally created a new account instead of logging into your original one. This happens when you use a different login method than the one you first started with.

The Quick Fix: Your Atlas Earth account is permanently linked to whichever login you originally chose (Google, Facebook, or Apple). To get back to your existing empire:

  1. Force a fresh start: Uninstall and reinstall Atlas Earth to clear any cached login data
  2. Log in with your ORIGINAL method: Use the exact same Google, Facebook, or Apple account you used when you first downloaded the game

Still seeing a blank map? Your device might be auto-routing you to the wrong account.

For Google players:

  • Sign out of ALL Google accounts in your browser
  • Clear your browser history and cache
  • Reinstall Atlas Earth and log in with your original Google account

For Facebook players:

  • Log out of Facebook everywhere (browser, app, etc.)
  • Uninstall the Facebook app temporarily
  • Clear your device's cache
  • Reinstall Atlas Earth and use your original Facebook login

For Apple players:

  • Double-check that your device is using the same Apple ID you had when you first downloaded the game
  • If it's different, switch back to your original Apple ID
  • Reinstall Atlas Earth and log in
