If you're having difficulty logging in because you've forgotten your Facebook or Google account information, we now offer the ability to log in via SMS code! This can help you access your account even if you can't remember your other login credentials.

Important for iOS users: If you originally used Apple login and are now trying to access your account on an Android device, the Apple login method won't work. Apple login is only compatible with iOS devices.

When your login fails, you should see this screen.

Select "Phone Login".

Then input your mobile phone number with the correct country code (check this article if you’re outside North America and not sure what your country code is).

You will receive a code via SMS.  Input that code on this screen.

If you do not receive a code within a few minutes, please tap resend. After entering the code, you will be able enter the game.
