In the unfortunate event of the passing of an Atlas Earth game player, we first extend our condolences to the loved ones, and second in this time of difficulty, we want to make it easy to retrieve the earned rent from the game.

Here is how to do this:

Step One: Please contact our support team.

Step Two: As you file this support ticket please include the player’s email address so we can locate the account and resolve the account.

Step Three: Please upload an image of the Death Certificate.

Step Four: If the player's balance is over $5 of accrued rent, we will send the money to the next of kin via PayPal, and close the account. If it is less than $5 of accrued rent, we will close the account. If they are a subscriber to Atlas Explorer Club, we will cease that subscription. All Atlas Bucks balances, diamond balances, owned parcels will be forfeited and placed back into the game play.
