The log out button is in the settings menu.

1. Click on the Map Tab.
2. Click the cog button under your displayed rent, next to the boost rent button. 
3. Click the "Log Out" button at the bottom of the screen. Players can also force a log out during the tutorial or at any other point by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
