AEC memberships are designed to renew automatically every month from the date you join, unless canceled. If your access to the AEC side of the daily login streak ladder is interrupted after your billing cycle has ended, it is likely due to a payment issue.

Common reasons for payment failures include:

  • Using a prepaid card, such as a $50 card, for AEC signup.
  • Insufficient funds.
  • Card issues on your bank’s side.

To check your payment status, log in to our web app and navigate to the AEC page, where you can verify and update your payment information.

Please note: If your payment fails, your daily login streak will be reset.
